It is a very nice and quiet, spacious 2-room apartment at favourable prices and with high comfort. Modern vacation home with a comfortable kitchen, shower and TV, and even internet. The building “Stuwerstrasse Nr. 35” in Vienna is located in a calm side street with many trees near the city center of Vienna, and near the famous “Prater”, which is not only the famous entertainment park with the “Riesenrad”, but also the so called “Green Prater” with many large meadows and high old trees near the Danube. Very close to the apartment (walking distance 5 minutes) you find the New Congress Center and the convention center. You got a perfect infra-stucture, you can find supermarket and all kinds of stores and restaurants with good Austrian and international kitchen in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.
